Octagonal carbon fiber tubing is fabricated by molding compression or roll-wrapping processed, with multiple inside layers of high-strength unidirectional prepregs carbon fiber and a 3K 2×2 twill fabric on the exterior. Carbon fiber octagonal tubes vary depending on the orientation of fibers in each layer, making these tubes high in strength, and lightweight with a smooth surface.
